Follow to I-287 South and continue as above.
>From Garden State Parkway Southbound:
Take Exit 129. Go to Third Exit Sign and bear right at New Brunswick Avenue - Perth Amboy exit. At stop sign, make a left onto New Brunswick Avenue. Continue to 7th Traffic Light and make a Left Turn onto State Street. Go one street to Center Street and make a Right Turn. Emmaus House is on Right.

Take Exit 10. Follow signs for Amboys towards Route 440. Go to Third Exit Sign and bear right at New Brunswick Avenue - Perth Amboy exit. At stop sign, make a left onto New Brunswick Avenue. Continue to 7th Traffic Light and make a Left Turn onto State Street. Go one street to Center Street and make a Right Turn. Emmaus House is on Right.

Take Exit 125 and follow signs for Route 35 North. Be Careful going around Traffic Circle. Right at 3rd Traffic Light onto New Brunswick Avenue. Continue to 5th Traffic Light and make Left Turn onto State Street. Go one street to Center Street and make a Right Turn. Emmaus House is on Right.
